• The company advised on Concept to Commissioning of a Ground Mounted 6MW solar project in South India including the regulatory part and land acquisition process and help raise money from Investor groups .This also included negotiating commercial terms with EPC companies and PPA terms,.

• The company advised on a sale of 5MW operational Asset in Maharashtra . a .This included working on Asset Valuation, Novation, Business Transfer Agreement structure, Regulatory and negotiating commercial terms with Prospective Investors.

• The Company Advised for Pre -Dispatch Inspection for Total 25MWp PV modules at Jiangsu ST Solar, GCL Solar, Suzhou, China for TN Solar Power Project
