The Board at Arpina Clean Energy Pvt Ltd consists of highly experienced Senior professionals with over 50 years of aggregate experience in (i) fund raising and placement, investment banking, and private equity, and (ii) business evaluation and strategic planning, Quality Assurance, Technical Due Diligence, Sales in Energy Sector and Business Development.

Within solar sector, the team has a track record in design to the execution and in advising companies in project development, fund raising, technology evaluation, and negotiating commercial terms with EPC companies and PPA counterparties.

Also the team has undertaking technical, commercial, and financial advisory roles for various project developers across India for MW-scale grid-connected solar PV projects. The team intends to replicate its experience in implementing the same in its future Clean Energy Business.
